California Dreamin'

Time and time again. Life is blurring by with too many things filling the days and not enough pause for contemplation. Springtime is bursting through though, and despite the mildness of this past winter, its arrival is still incredibly enjoyable.

Various updates--

Work: Roadtrip yesterday combined 80's dance music sing-alongs, NYC traffic navigation travails, and an delightfully satisfying lunch at Wegmans. Another win for The Office? I think yes. Today I leave for San Francisco, to return only briefly for a shortened weekend--then back in the air early Monday morning for a full work week in California. Weather forecasts are rain-filled, but the adventure continues nonetheless.

Music: This past weekend was the revival of STO rehearsals for our concert this May. My excitement at seeing so many musician friends and making such great music left me hyperventilating for most of the rehearsal. Yesterday was rehearsal for a small chamber orchestra concert this Saturday.
